Having Issues With Duplicate Transactions in Authorize.net

Hi guys, I'm on 1.5.4 and having issues with duplicate transactions in Authorize.net.

It seems like at least 1-3 times a week, a customer is getting charged twice.

Not really sure how to combat this. Our store has a pretty large volume of purchases a day and this only seems to be happening a few times a week at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
