Trying to change the layout of the credit card input on the check out page - not having much success.

Ideally I would like each entry to be on its own line.
This is what i have:

I would like it to look like this:

It would seem something is wrong in your template, causing your current layout.
The layout you say you "would like" is the default style of layout which occurs in the default template if the templates have not been altered.
