Need A Help...Unable Setup the (Zone Definitions)!

just clean install the ZC 1.5.6, and we try to setup local Tax..however no matter what we try, still unable setup. (default : Zone Definitions: Florida), we want create Pennsylvania Zone and Tax...

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please describe exactly what you HAVE done.
And then describe exactly what you expected it to do, and what it's doing instead.

We able create (Tax Rates, and Tax Class) when we try to Setup the (Zone Definitions )- we click Details-and try to Insert (the Sub Zone)**then we stuck here.

What do you mean by "stuck there"? Does clicking the "Insert" button make the screen go blank?

Yes once Click (Insert)..nothing happen..Blank.

Go into your server's /logs directory and find the myDebug-xxxxxxx.log file that got created when you clicked Insert. It should contain the actual PHP error message that explains what's broken and causing the blank page.

I am having the same problem, I go to Zone Definitions - Taxes, Payment and Shipping and click insert it takes me to Zone Definitions - Taxes, Payment and Shipping where I create the zone. Then when I go to details and put in the new sub zone - Country: United States Zone: California when I click insert it takes me back to Zone Definitions - Taxes, Payment and Shipping still showing a red dot as not configured. My problem is there isn't any Debug logs following this event. So I have no idea why it is not working.

just double check the server there no (Debug logs)file.
