Taxcloud Doubling on sales tax on Invoice.

For some reason the taxcloud calculate the tax just fine on the checkout page. But on the order totals for that order it inserts 2 sale tax totals. I really don't know why it is doing this. It is also doing about 7 API calls to the taxcloud throughout the whole checkout process. It you have seen this and know how to fixing that would be great.
