Have you tried a different browser or device to log in to the admin? The current browser may have something cached in memory.
It could be easier to maybe identify a reason that this is being seen if the posting tips were followed. This would likely offer information about how the site came to be.

@peterba, did you try forcing a reload, e.g. Ctrl+F5, from the server?
As mc12345678 indicated, your browser has most likely cached the 'old' zc139 css and javascript files and those in zc156c.
it started after upgrading i follow your link for it
also in firefox its the same.
