Custom sidebox is main category listing - doesnt pull in mobile view

I'm running zc1.5.6 and I'm using a custom sidebox as my category listing. The sideboxes are using CMS pages. In desktop view, the sidebox displays as it should. Once you pull the site up on a mobile device, it is pulling the category sidebox that is turned off in the layout boxes controller.

Any direction on where I would find the location of the code to edit for this? I am assuming its in a style sheet? site is needtoorder.com
