Duplicating a store???

My site has 3 stores.
I have basically finished 1 of them the way I want it ... with all the plugins and information.
I want to duplicate that store and just change the theme, the logo and shipping.... I'm behind schedule and thought this would save a lot of time and issues from forgetting something in one that I did in the other 2.

I thought I knew what I was doing ...of course I do not .... please try to follow me I know its confusing :wacko:

First, for the 2nd shop, I had edited a new Zen Cart install with a theme but never got past that point. I instead, focused on making the 1st store all the way through and then decided to copy it, so I deleted the 2nd shop folder all together.

I then made the folder again and I copied all of the files from the 1st shop to this new 2nd shop folder.

It worked to show a duplicate copy of the 1st store, but when I changed the database, its now reverted to the zen cart I had used previously and changed the theme AND deleted! I've cleared cache and rebooted and looked at it using another source but its the old version that should be gone.

How can I just cookie cut my 1 good store to make the other 2 without having to edit and install plugins and do all of that again... I just know I'll forget something. :lookaroun

Am I going about this the totally wrong way?
