I am a new admin. Our supply chain operator only ships through FedEx, how do I update shipping to just use fedex and import those rates?

As far as rates, the cost of shipping will be attempted to be determined generally from where the store is identified to exist to where the customer has identified to send it. If that is not how the business operates, then some sort of adjustment(s) would need to be made to identify the origin to support cost calculations. There are plenty of other threads around here, including in the below similar threads section. Yes they may be old, but the general concept(s) still apply...
