Removing people from Newsletter Subscribers list

Hi.
I've sent my first ever email to people in my "All Newsletter Subscribers" list.
I have had someone request to unsubscribe.
I can't find a way to get to the list of subscribers to remove them.
Any help welcomed.
I am the owner of the website (www.fudgeheaven.co.uk) but not very tech savvy.
The version I'm using is v1.5.1

You can update their customer record in Admin and turn off their subscription.
(They can do this too in their My Account page.)

I'm on that page and can see I have 531 subscribers.
It's not clickable though for me to be able to do anything.

I wonder if you might not be on the correct page.

You need to go to the customer's details in Admin and unsubscribe them from there.

Admin > Customers > Customers > Select the relevant customer > Click Edit in the right-hand pane > At the bottom of the next, Customers, page there's a Newsletter field where you can select Unsubscribed (don't forget to click Update when finished).

Also, you might be getting to where you should consider an email service provider for newsletters. Congrats on getting to 531 subscribers!
