Super Orders v5.0 Support Thread (for ZC v1.5.x)

I am using Zen cart version 1.5.8 and PHP 7.4.3
I have a clean install and Plugins installed are:
EasyPopulate-4.master-ZC
backup_mysql_plugin_v1-5g
Export Shipping & Order Information

I cannot find a thread for Super Orders v5.0 in the forum.
I downloaded the plugin and tried to install it but I am unsuccessful.
It is supposed to auto install after uploading folders to the zen cart root install.
I have tried to install Super Orders 5.0 following the instructions but after uploading the two folder to the root of zen cart install, nothing happens.
I guess the question I have is about these instructions found in the support files.
FTP the CONTENTS of [temp directory]/1_Base_Files into the ROOT of your Zen Cart installation. The files are already arranged following the Zen Cart folder structure.
FTP the CONTENTS of [temp directory]/2a_Modified_Core_Files into the ROOT of your Zen Cart installation. The files are already arranged following the Zen Cart folder structure. If, and ONLY IF, you have COWOA 2.6 installed, FTP the CONTENTS of [temp directory]/2a_Modified_Core_Files into the ROOT of your Zen Cart installation.
What do you mean by THE CONTENTS?
Is it the whole folders 1_Base_Files and 2a_Modified_Core_Files?
Because the contents of the folders have folders with duplicate names which are: the admin folder and the includes folder.
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
