Troubled by weird messages in adminer

1.Invalid CSRF token. Send the form again. If you did not send this request from Adminer then close this page.
2.Access denied for user 'ckosloff'@'localhost' (using password: YES)(ondatabase)
3.Can't find any matching row in the user table (when creating user)

I double checked over terminal in database, and there are no errors.
Also, user root presents no errors, but it is no longer the owner of the site, ckosloff is.
I am practically ready to launch installation of zencart but I am wary that these errors will stop installation because of lack of connectivity to database.
Please help.
Will continue to struggle with this tomorrow.

SOLVED!! user ckosloff was duplicated so I had to drop one of them with command DROP USER.
ckosloff has the bad habit of cloning itself.
