No rates for UPS United Parcel Service

A client is getting "We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping. Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown." from the UPS shipping module. I checked another client and same thing.

It appears the UPS endpoint is down or has been removed.

Seeing this also. The older UPS module seems to still work.

UPS or UPS-XML? The latter just pulled in quotes from UPS on one of my test sites.

The UPS does not work. The USP XML does.

I'm getting failures from both.

I installed the UPS XML module and it's working fine. I can't confirm, but it appears to be one of those two with the regular UPS module.

I also don't get any rates with the standard module (https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1293).

Is the UPS XML a better option to use? Looks like it's updated more often.

Confirmed, UPSXML is working as long as there's no zone restriction. There's some issue with restricting it to a zone (beyond the issue I filed earlier).

I'm using a shipping zone with UPS XML and it's working. It's not on the Shopping Cart page, but I have not figured out why. It does during checkout. though.
