All categories page, not on index
Failing today, I would swear this is built in somewhere. I would like to have a browse-by-category page that shows all the top-level categories. Pretty much what you get on the index page if you set Categories - Always Show on Main page to 1 . Except I don't want that on the index page.
I THOUGHT there was a way to do this like store.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=ALL or something similar, but I can find it.
I would be just fine with a built-in link, or a new page define, but am having no luck this morning. Any help would be appreciated!

The answer for the next guy is /index.php?main_page=index&cPath=0

Couple of thoughts.
1. This page carries the noindex, nofollow tag by default, I suspect because it's not supposed to really exist. So, if you like it & want to keep it, you should find the code & remove the noindex tag. I don't expect you'll find it in robots skip, I think you're going to be looking for the code that prevents this category from being displayed. This is so you are not linking to pages that you're blocking... The search engines will whine.
2 . The next is more of the same. This page lacks page elements that are necessary & the search engines will also whine about.
<title></title>
<meta name="keywords" content="">
<meta name="description" content="">
3. The rel="canonical" tag is correct!

Well crap. It also doesn't play nicely with Ultimate URLs. So I need to create a separate page. Clearly, all the code is there to copy but I am failing to separate it out.
