FedEX Check out error

Zen: V1.5.7c
PHP: 7.4

All has been working fine, no changes in many months, then a customer reported and error today.
On the shopping cart page, the FedEx amount is shown.
On the check out page, the FedEx box shows this error:

Error in processing transaction.

FAILURE: General Failure

Anyone else seeing this?

back up now...

The issue was with the FedEx servers. It seems to be working now
