Admin Reporting Function

I don't use the Report function very often, but when I do it tends to be the Stock Shortages report.
I manually have to rite down a list of the stock that i feel needs to be bolstered and it occurs to me that, what is missing is the ability to be able to download the data to a CSV. Being able to open the list in a spreadsheet would enable me to able to more quickly produce restock lists and reorder forms.
Any chance something like this could be added to the functionality of the report function?

Any idea where that "Stock Shortages" report came from?

Did you mean Admin > Reports > Products Low Stock?

For a CSV Export, you could use https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2326
then in Excel just sort by quantity in stock.

Hey Guys, the awesome guys at ZenCart Host (Jeandret) kindly installed the plug in which provides the very facility I needed to download the information I was after.
I am guessing the quantity sold is the number for the last 30 days. But I am really after is the stock shortage numbers which is included, so, thats awesome.
lat9 - as swguy has mentioned, the report can be found under reports/stock shortages. It's fine but you have to scroll through multiple pages of products. Having it in a spreadsheet format is much easier.
Thank you swguy for your replies. There is still a problem with the Stock Viewed report where you can enter a date range. I try to alter the start date and after pressing enter the month is replaced with 'mm' . Before that I found that the set date range would revert back to the last 30 days when opening page 2.

Haven't seen this before but I suspect it's fixed in a newer version; you are two versions back from current.

Yep, installation of ZC v2.0 has been held up due to teething problems. Hopefully my website should up to spec this month.
