Support thread for 'EZ-Pages Sidebox Images' plugin.

* Optionally represent your EZ-Pages titles in the EZPages sidebox with an image.
* Text link can be above or below the image - or not at all. Links can also be removed such that simply an image with or without a heading can be displayed within the menu.
