Dumb quick question on Payments Pro - IC+ and a monthly fee?

I'm on 2.0.1 and I upgraded and accidently had Payments Pro on. Had someone attempt a Visa gift card and it wouldn't go through with an error about my Paypal account. I have a business account.

Here is the dumb question, I have to sign up for IC+ and pay $30 a month to use Payments Pro correct? Or is there a cheaper way to use Paypal to process credit cards directly from my site?

Switch to using the PayPal RESTful. It is Paypal checkout and includes the CC stuff
