Add to cart on Product Lising and Display Only Attributes
Hi there,
I am running 1.58a and on previous versions I used to be able to change a small bit of code so that the 'Add to Cart' button appeared for display-only attributes, as opposed to 'select options / more info' buttons. I am sure I have looked in the same places, but I am aware there are many big changes now in the new version. I wonder if anybody knows where this may be changed in this version please? These items I have display only attributes pertaining to whether it is a parcel or large letter format, and Google Product Search feeder categories. So its not essential for the customer to see.
It is for the product - listing page (category of items), thanks in advance!

What's the site's setting for Configuration / Attribute Settings / Read Only option type - Ignore for Add to Cart?
That's been around "forever" and, if set to 1 should enable an add-to-cart on the listings ... if the product has no non-read-only attributes.

Thanks for the reply. I have it set to 1, which I thought it might be enough. Though with this set I no longer get the yellow attribute message in shopping cart so I assumed it just covered that page and the product info page? Unless something is remiss in my template somehow?

Thats okay, I understand. I did it on previous templates and as far as I can recall part if it was simply to change a 1 to a 0 or vice versa in relation to attribute setting. I thought it was product_listing.php file or similar. Hopefully I have it on a backup somewhere on old template, it was a line from stock zencart code previous to 1.58a though.
