I upgraded my live site to version 1.2.7 in /new_shop successfully, no problems accessing the shop or the admin.
I then did some file comparisons of my local new_shop, c/internet/website/new_shop, with my live site to preserve customizations. I renamed /new_shop to /new_shop_old. I then ftp'd the local /new_shop to my server.
When I try to access /new_shop I receive this error:

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/new_shop/includes/version.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/naturew/public_html/new_shop/includes/application_top.php on line 64
If I try to access /new_shop/admin I receive this error:
