No email of Order - Billing & Shipping don't match
Hi all:
Searched for a couple of hours in the forums, but couldn't find an answer to this one...
Store processed an order (successfully) this weekend, but ZenCart did not email a copy of the order to me. The order is "flagged" with a red dot which translates to "Billing and Shipping does not match".
Using Authorize.net AIM. Checked there, and order processed and batched successfully.
Have received email copies/notifications of all previous orders just fine.
Any ideas?? Is this normal behavior?

The red dot is a verification of the Billing, Shipping and Customer address ...
When something between the 3 do not match ... the red dot appears as a heads up to verify the order "just in case ..."
Do all of your other emails work?

To answer your question - well...I WAS getting all other email notifications. Since writing this post, just had a new customer register and they placed an order - no emails.
The only thing I've changed is (and of course - in IT it's ALWAYS "what have you changed recently") I added the Credit Cards Logo Sidebox mod last Friday. WHen adding it, I removed the code to show the AMEX, Diners and Paypal from the tpl_cc_accept.php page, and placed it in my Custom template folder rather than my template_default folder. In the process, I also turned on/off a few sideboxes in the Admin>Tools>Layout Boxes Controller, and Admin>Configuration>Layout Settings (Banner Display Groups).
That's all I've done recently. But can that really have anything to do with it?

has your host made any changes to the email rules on the server
