increase number of products per page in admin

Is it possible to increase the number of products per page in admin.

ie: it currently shows ten per page, is it possible to up this to 20 or more maybe.
On the flip side, I need the customer side listing to stay at 10, though I guess this isn't wonderfully important.

all the listings per page can be found in configuration > maximum values.
