Coupon/checkout issue

I have changed the Discount Coupon function to read "Shopping Pass." It was something specific with my client...but, all I changed was the name...no code.

Anyway, the way it works is like this...

The end-user client purchases in advance x number of shopping passes to distribute to their employees.

We then create x number of discount coupons in the admin and issue a paper certificate with the coupon number to the end-user who distributes to their employees.

Employees then come to the cart, pick their products and enter their coupon upon checkout.

One employee is having trouble because there is no place in the checkout for her to enter the coupon number.

I was walking her through the process, I had the box to enter the coupon, she did not.

Any ideas?
