Really having trouble with upgrading to a business Paypal account

I will try to be more precise in describing this situation.

I personally have a paypal account. I built a donation script once that required IPN so I simply logged into my account. Changed to a business account and I was done. No problems. No steps. Just did it.

I am setting up a store for my boss's secretary. So I have her log in and update her account. I was with her. I went through the steps beside her. Now I am asked to sign up for all sorts of Sandbox accounts. I did not have to do this earlier. And I can't figure out how to make it go back.

I just simply need the IPN to appear in my profile and now I am stuck with all this stuff for developers I assume.
