csshover.htc denied on Checkout_Success ONLY. Please Help

I had a problem with csshover being denied, but thanks to the posts on here, I resolved the problem......I thought.
Now, everything works great untill I get to the Checkout Success page using Authorize.net as payment. The address changes to https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll , which I'm sure is normal. But it denies access to csshover.htc AGAIN. This happens ONLY in IE. Firefox works without any errors.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone wants to check this out, you can go to http://www.linenspace.com and see what I'm talking about.
The store isn't open untill tomorrow, so CC IS IN TEST MODE until tomorrow (3/1/2007), and no transactions will be charged until midnight tonight. (2/28/2007).

I really need to get this resolved by midnight, so again, ANY, suggestions will be greatly appreciated and tried immediately, quickly followed by a response on this post as to whether or not it worked.
