Hi,
I've got my cart set up to accept Paypal IPN payments only. All worked well on testing but since going live, every transaction has resulted in PayPal taking the money but no emails being delivered and empty orders against the customers name. When I try it myself, it woks smoothly and as expected.
So to summarise, I can make orders using Paypal, my customers attempts fail. Any ideas?
Make sure that you have installed the current PayPal Patch and uninstalled, reinstalled and reconfigured your payment module:

Darn. Afraid not. Still customers' orders not working. I have to reorder for them whereupon it works perfectly and as it should. Any other clues? This is driving me nuts.Quote:

Nothing that I can see is different. I now temporarily install and reorder via CC coz, I can use the test number, but if I make an order and go through the full paypal payment process, all goes smoothly.Quote:
