New Customer problem in v1.27

Dear Zenners,

My current site which runs 1.27 has been running for close to 2 years now. I have around 600 customers right now with around 450 products.

Recently I got the complaints from new customers that they cannot complete new customer sign-up. They said Country of origin is not selectable.

Again, I tried signin up with sever fake accounts and I couldn't re-create the problem. Now it's been about a week and around 15 complaints from difference areas in the US.

Please give me any input you have to help my situation out.

You might have done this already. Set US as the default in
admin > Config > Customer Details

I still have this problem. Last customer, after I called him, I was told he was using Firefox browser..

How about an URL that we can peek at ... :smile:
