Validation of an Order

Is this possible for the cart to check?

for a complete order, a customer much select 1 of 7 boxes (all different prices)
then select at least 1 but no more then 12 items from a list of over 100 items.

Can the checkout process check to see if the customer's order has the above?

To my knowledge you can not do this with the normal cart but of course you can program it to do so. You can script it yourself or have a look in the commercial section for free lance programers
