how do I delete a customer????

I sent an email to our entire customer list - which includes people who signed up for accoutns and never purchased anything.... some people want to be removed... I found their account in the customer list, but there is no way to delete a customer... can you please help I need to do this asap.

I found it as soon as I searched I can delete on the right side before clicking on them

rather than DELETE a customer,
you need to just remove them from the mailing list,
