Hi, when i try to enter to my admin, before ask me for the password it show this message :
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_template_dir() on a non-object in /home/orfvrays/public_html/zen/admin/includes/languages/spanish/credit_cards.php on line 46
i was working very well until i installed a spanish pack. I dont know what to do. please help me. i spent a lot of time building my web site.

I assume you already set spanish as the main language in your admin panel. If this problem is due to the language pack, one thing that you could try is rename the file /home/orfvrays/public_html/zen/admin/includes/languages/spanish/credit_cards.php and replace it by the original one in english in include/language/english and see if it works.
If it works compare the two file and see what the difference is between the two version and make the necessary change.
i did that, but doesnt work........ How can i backup my products and re-install zencart and put it after??? i have 120 diferent product !!! i cannot lost it....
maybe, there are a way to restore the system, i dont know.

There is a contrib here to backup your database : http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...products_id=81 but since you cannot access your Zencart admin its not gonna be useful.
Go to your web hosting account control panel and see if your host is providing a backup option, hopefully if you have cPanel you can directly backup your home directory, your database and your emails dron the control panel.
If there is not any backup option directly accessible, see if there is an access to PHPMyAdmin and you will be able to backup from there even if it is a little bit more complicated.
By the way, always backup your home directory and your database before making any big changes. If anything goes wrong you can directly restore everything in it's original state fast.
I though about something else, make sure that you have all the spanish files availble for the admin part of the site, sometimes you only have the front store translation and not the admin part. by the way is your front store working fine ?
Another thing that you could do is copy all the english files of the english language folder in admin in the spanish folder in admin, like this, even if your store is set on spanish, everything will be in english but working.

i restored the system. reinstalling zencart and before i backup database.....i will never use a languages pack again !!!!!!!!!!
