can't see anything after clicking 'change address'

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up a site using Zencart version 1.3.8a. Everything was going well until I came across the annoying problem of changing address in the first step of checkout. When I click on the 'change address' button, I see a blank page with only header and left side boxes (I have disabled right sideboxes). I even can't see the footer.

My site is not live yet so unfortunately I can't send you the link. I have made some changes to the site by overriding following files.
in templaes/my template/templates
- tpl_index_default.php
- tpl_login_default.php
- tpl_modules_create_account.php
- tpl_shopping_cart_default.php

I also changed the template to 'classic' but still can't see anything after clicking 'change address'. Can anybody please help me to sort this out?
