Re: Cookie Control [Support Thread]
I've always thought my cookie control was working fine until I used "why no padlock" .. It works fine in google chrome but firefox always has insecure objects and all seem to be from cookie control css
website is pewterworld .co .uk using 1.5.3 still
Any help appreciated

In css/stylesheet_cookie_control.css , edit all the urls from
Code:
http://www.civicuk.com/cookie-law/.....
to
Code:
//www.civicuk.com/cookie-law/.....
and you should be fine. This way all the urls are protcol independent
Re: Cookie Control [Support Thread]
thanks ,that worked great
After I did that I am now getting another error ,lol + other not related to cookie control but that's another issue to find
it now says
www.civicuk.com is an invalid URL/domain
any idea on this 1

Yes, as with any plugin if it has the same files in your template you need to merge in the changes.
Thanks,
Anne

iv merged files and its the only problem im getting, i think im missing something obvious but if i upload the cookie control tpl_mainpage file it moves the header and menu to the left, featured product carosel to the right, upload my backup tpl_mainpage it corrects everything(innevertibly) but cookie control then no longer shows up, on mobile its even worse of a change site is www.chapelhillstoves.co.uk using carlisle fresh template http://zenlyzen.com/responsive_demo/
