but with having MailBeez configured to sent through your own SMTP Server instead of Zencarts mail-function this should not happen.

Any idea why there is a significant difference in the number or orders shown under mailbeez for the same criteria with zen cart admin?
for example the number of shipped orders in the past year under zen cart is double the orders shown under mailbeez taking in consideration the repeat orders and repeated emails addresses.
e.g. the winback advanced module only finds the unique customers - while in zencart you might see all orders in that timeframe.

@mailbeez Is mailbeez v2.9.9-3 compatible with php 5.4.22 and zencart 1.5.1?
I had read the specifications and they don't say anything about it.

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
I've just updated Mailbeez from v2.9.9-3 to V. 2.9.9-6 and now the Nopurchase Advanced module does't run (view recipients, run module, etc)
It throws a 500 internal server error.
How can I downgrade?

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Still can't locate the mailbeez email folder.... Problem I'v got is when I send out the emails to past customers, everything looks ok but the template button does not take them directly to the redviews page for the item so I'm getting zero reviews. The button just links to the product page or the categories page

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Hey rizla,
please read the linked guides.
the modul templates are located in
/mailhive/mailbeez/<module>/email/

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
I've made several attempts to upgrade MailBeez v. 3.0.2 to 3.23. Everything runs fine up until the Backup phase of the upgrade. The progress line fills like the backup has completed and then it just sits and goes no further. When I look in the backup folder I do see the files backed up, however I'm receiving the following DEBUG Log error: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 87 bytes) in /usr/www/xxx/xxx/xxx/catalog/mailhive/cloudbeez/cloudloader/php/pclzip.lib.php on line 3246
Please advise.

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
hi,
form the error message I see you server is configured with 32MB PHP memory. This is very low and the reason for the failure.
Please increase the PHP memory limit (you might contact your server admin) to e.g. 128MB

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
I wanted to upgrade from 2.7.5 (I think) to the latest version. I'm on zc 1.5.1, I upload the proper files in the mailbeez_installer_v3.0.zip file, then browse to mailbeez in admin.
All system checks were green so I agree and continue. It downloads application files, backs up, checks perms, unpacks files, then:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
I'm quite sure this is something I did wrong, but can someone point me in the right direction?
-
Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
I guess your server is running into a PHP timeout or PHP memory limit - try to increase both (ask google how to).
Also try to check your apache and PHP error log.

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
Failed at the first step :(
I downloaded the latest 3.4.4 mailbeez
I unzipped and copied the files on my zencart 1.5.1, classic template, linux server, PHP 5.4.
I go to tools/mailbeeze and then I get the message "Couldn't resolve host 'www.mailbeez.en'"
I checked the zencart log and no error messages today, I checked the server error log also no errors.
I also have German language so switched to German.
I go to tools/mailbeeze and I get the correct mailbeez message with the install button.
I click the install button and then the screen goes white but with the correct Zen Cart headings. Then nothing more seems to happen. Also no error logs.
Appreciate any advice :)

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
hey martin,
should be fixed now - was a server side issue due to relaunch last week.

Thanks
Now when I go to Tools/mailbeez (English version) I see the correct install screen but when I push the install button I just get a white screen with the url;
https://www.simmar.ch/catalog/admin/...e=install_core
I changed the name of my admin directory in this example.
No error messages in the zen cart log or the server log :(
Also the zen cart module headings are gone.

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
I'm from Italy. I'm your paying customers. I'm using the Italian version zen cart
Today I tested the "Greetings Coupon Birthday" module, and successfully sent the Email and the coupon. But the valid time of the coupon is wrong.
I analyze the reason. Because the time format of Italy is day / month / year. but the mailbeez sent out of the time format is month / day / year. This caused the error.
Let me give you an example:
Today is February 16th, I set the valid time 14 days, that is, it will expire in March 1st. The time given by the mailbeez system is 03/01/2016, which is March 1, 2016. But I received the test email show that the time is January 3, 2016.
I hope you can understand my problem, and help me to solve the problem. thank you

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
hi, looks like a compatibility issue with zencart 1.5.4 - will be fixed with the next MailBeez release start of march 2016.
workaround: go to MailBeez > configuration > email engine, select "PHP Mailer" and configure a SMTP server for sending emails (or select Newsletter2Go)

...
Just checked and I would say the warning comes from the ZenCart code (when calling the function through MailBeez the error-level might be lower and showing up warnings which are otherwise suppressed)

Google Penalty Fix
Last weekend Google introduced penalties for wrong application of rich snippets. This also affected users of the Shoprating Module pre-integrated into the MailBeez core System.
The issue has been fixed and the fix is part of the latest MailBeez Version 3.4.2 - just use the built in updater.
Check out the MailBeez Changelog

When sending to large lists w/o limits the sending process can reach (depending on the server configuration) the PHP memory limits. MailBeez is designed to handle this situation and the sending process will continue where it was stopped.

This Warning (not an error) comes from zencart code, however by default zencart is disabling warnings but MailBeez not. Therefor you see this warning through MailBeez. Its unclean code, but not causing any function issues.

You only need to create a free account to download the community modules. But sometimes there is a bug 🐜 redirecting. Try to use another browser.

To resolve the issue where the DOCTYPE declaration is showing as text in the email, go to ADMIN > MAILBEEZ > CONFIGURATION > EMAIL ENGINE and change Override Zencart Email Template System to False.

Re: Mailbeez After Sales Modules
I recommend to set up an SMTP-Server or use Newsletter2go in ADMIN > MAILBEEZ > CONFIGURATION > EMAIL ENGINE to completely bypass Zencartīs mail function
