We have installed the current version Sheffield Blue on Zen Cart V1.5.5a. The product boxes don't line up when viewing on Firefox, IE, Chrome, etc due to the length the product descriptions. I've search Google and can't find a solution that spell out exactly how to fix and which files in which folders have to be changed. Also provide the lines of code that need to be changed. I'm sure this has been asked many times but it not easy to find the solution. Can someone help? thanks Kevin
Just to have Zen Cart greet a customer with "Hello World" can be done in a thousand ways. Changing the div order in one file can affect a multitude of pages. There is NO SUCH THING as the "same problem" nor is there a way for us to guess what you are talking about (much less see what is causing it) without a link to the page.
You could be needing a different setting in the Configuration menu, a change to a file, an "adjustment" in a stylesheet, or a rethink on the descriptions.
I can't quite think of product boxes that would vary based on the description. Maybe the title but, if it is the product listing, it generally truncates the description and provides a more... link.
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh. Just that this is one of those times that I wish the posting tips were mandatory in order for someone to submit a problem.
The posting tips are VERY important. A mod that seems meaningless to mention just might be causing the problem. It could be a certain language pack. Many answers can help us help you.
Please post a link to the offending page with a little better description of the problem.

I've attached an image. I hoping it will attach to this post. The third product title/description is shorter than the first 2 so the box is smaller. That causes it to leave a huge white area with no products. Also some products have the word "details" just above the SOLD OUT button.

I'm sorry we are unable to communicate. I have no way of answering the posting tips for you and you either won't or can't provide a link (also part of the posting tips). We need a hands tied emoji.

Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue V 2.0!
Another issue with Sheffield Blue - On the main page area that has the 3 tabs for "Newest" "Featured" and "Specials". The "Newest" has products under the tab. Looks good. Then I click "Featured" which has no products - fine. But when I click back to "Newest" all the products are gone.
I added products to the "Featured" and "Specials" section. Everything looks good and I can move back and forth between the products. All good
But if I remove "Featured" products and have "specials" products then it breaks again. No products will display once you start clicking off of the "Newest" tab within those 3 sections.
Anybody know how to fix this?
Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue V 2.0!
Sheffield Blue 2.0 When I click the Login or click the shopping cart button I get this error:
An unknown response null: :text/html; charset=utf-8: :SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data was received while processing an ajax call. The action you requested could not be completed.
I found a solution by DrByte but those changes are already installed into Sheffield Blue.
Anybody know how to fix this?

Hey guys,
Having an issue with my product pages - http://www.westnewtonsupply.com/inde...products_id=19
Where it says Test Product, that is my description but what is the other crap around it?
Using 1.5.5a.
Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue V 2.0!
Hi CSGO.
The product was not found.
Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue v2.0
Hi all,
A question about 1.5.4 and Sheffield Blue v2.0:
I turned the prices off so now the "Buy" buttons turned to "contact" button.
When a potential customer is in a specific product page, he can press on the "contact" button
and the link turns him to the regular "Contact us" form.
What I need is to add automatically the model number of the page he was linked from so I could
get it when I receive the email.
But as zeners, do not suggest to make a specific contact page for each model....
