Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue
Regarding my last post above, I found I can adjust responsive.css
Code:
.onerow-fluid>.col2{width:18.0156%;}
to
Code:
.onerow-fluid>.col2{width:16.0156%;}
to show page content next to the sideboxes. But I am not sure if this is the right thing to do to correct my problem. Maybe I have other issues? CSS gurus, can you have a look? I'd like the mega menu to be not pulled to the left ether.
Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue
Just curious if fast and easy checkout will work with the sheffield blue responsive template with out having to install css/js loader? I want to use numinex's fec addon, but when I install css/js loader the site is all messed up. And when i did install fec with out css/js loader the checkout confirmation gets hung on the processing order, please wait.... screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No you should definitely not edit the responsive.css file.
I would look to your paddings and margins on the major containers.
Thanks,
Anne

Any table, correctly installed plugin works with the template. Fast and easy checkout requires css/js loader. You could ask on the fast and easy checkout support thread if you can use it without the css/js loader.
Thanks,
Anne
Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue
Thank you but that is what I've been doing, looking at padding and margins. I just can't figure it out. Used Firebug and looked everywhere.... no success. Any more hints are much appreciated.
Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue
I just installed this template, it's awesome. While trying to configure some of the features, i have run into a problem with the social media side bar. I can't locate the file to edit. It doesn't exist in my directories ( includes/templates/responsive_sheffield_blue/css/stysheet_social_header.css) the only file in the css directory even close is (stylesheet_social_sidebar.css). What file do I edit to disable the social media display?

If you post a link to your site I can take a look.
Thanks,
Anne

Still have not figured it out. Just took a look at Oldgeezer's site and his site has the same problem. His template seems to be unmodified, at least less than mine. Content get's pushed down too. See screen shot.

Re: Responsive Sheffield Blue
Hi Anne,
Getting a bit closer. I've observed the following when viewed with 768x1024 (tablet like iPad). If I set Layout Settings to:
IF
ACTIVATE Responsive Template by selecting Column Widths 2
in combination with:
Column Left Status - Global 1
Column Right Status - Global 0 ( NOT showing right boxes, this is what I want)
Content is pushed down and problem as described.
IF
ACTIVATE Responsive Template by selecting Column Widths 2
in combination with:
Column Left Status - Global 1
Column Right Status - Global 1 ( showing right boxes too)
It all works as it should. It behaves like your demo.
IF
ACTIVATE Responsive Template by selecting Column Widths 0 = Use Default Template Settings
in combination with:
Column Left Status - Global 1
Column Right Status - Global 0 (NOT showing right boxes)
Site shows full screen width but it adjusts to 768x1024 without problems.
I think this bug exists for everybody that has right boxes disabled with this template. Just checked decaldepot.net as well. Same problem.
