I have the exact same issue on a 1.3.7 and the fancy hover has never worked :no:

Do you have the Administration Profiles mod installed by any chance?
If so -- you need to allow the image handler to have permission to run.
If it's not that, your server hosting may not give you access to use the ImageMagick binary on their servers -- you could try changing IH2 to use the GD library and see if that works.
Question concerning the category images: (For example the images in "Featured Products" & "New Products For March")
In my BeadedLily site those images do not have the little "x" in the corner, which is preferred. However, in my PittiVintage site they do. The settings in admin/images seem to be identical. Where would I make the change to eliminate the "x"?
Thanks - Tim
Thanks Jade - However, my question is: Why do my category heading images in PittiVintage have the hotzone "x"? In BeadedLily those same images do not and I would prefer that they do not. The settings in admin/images seem to be identical for both sites. :blink:
Okay, after reading 81 pages with no eminent solution I thought I'd post my problem.
We used to have IH2 on a different host and it worked flawlessly. I have since moved to another host and now IH2 doesn't work.
You can see here at http://www.clevershoppers.com IH looks like it's creating images because if you click on properties it will show you the image location and filename. However, when I login to the server there is absolutely zero file created in any of the various folders in bmz_cache.
I have set permission to 777 on bmz_cache and all the sub-folders
I have clear cache and uninstall and reinstall IH2 from the admin side.
It appears that the script is doing everything but actually generating the image.
I should add that I also edited the config file to use ImageMagic.
Any help in troubleshooting this is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
PS. I use add that IH is now acting as a user NOBODY when it creates folder which is different than the way it behaved on old host.
Also does IH2 need any of this PHP functions that are disabled?Code:passthru,exec,dl,proc_open,proc_close,popen,shell_exec,system
Hmmm... are you sure the settings are perfectly identical? I'm not sure what the difference could be, but I see that the image sizes for the category images aren't the same on both sites?
I'm confuzzled, as I have similar issues. On this page of this site:
http://www.zencart137.jadetrue.com/testing-2-c-2.html
The subcategory image does not have the hover function. Which is actually the way I'd like it to work, because there's no need in my opinion to enlarge them.
However, on this other site I'm working on:
http://www.jmb.jadetrue.com/potty-time-c-1.html
They do!
AHA!
Try changing your subcategory image height on Pitti Vintage from 100 to 101, and see what happens?
When I changed my height to an odd number, it started working just fine. It looks some sort of bug, but one that works to my advantage.
It looks like on beaded lily, you have a width defined rather than a height, and perhaps that creates the bug as well? Or perhaps the bug is IH2 controlling category images in the first place.
O.k. I've read all 102 pages in this thread to no avail. I've got an issue that I haven't saw anywhere about IH2. In FF, it works like a charm. But, in IE, if I hover over the top half of the image, everything is great. But, if I hover over the bottom half of the image, I get no pop-up image, and I get an error. Any ideas?
Genius! Changing it to 101 did the trick! How did you even think of that?!Quote:

Thanks! :thumbsup:
Well, on my site that wasn't popping up when I hovered, the height was 57, on the site that was popping up, was 80. I changed the one that was popping to 57, and voila, it stopped popping, and when I changed the one that wasn't popping to 80, it started, so then I started experimenting with different values. Odd didn't, even did, LOL!
I love troubleshooting, LOL! (especially when I figure it out)
Sorry Jade, it's only on a 'localhost' test site. I want to get all the bugs worked out before uploading to live site.
Now here's an issue I can't figure out...
I started to notice on a site i'm working on, that random images won't hover a larger image.
See this page:
http://www.jmb.jadetrue.com/potty-ti...re-c-1_15.html
The third and the fifth image won't hover.
They are using the same exact image as the second product, which does hover.
I thought it could be a case where it doesn't like using the same image for different products, yet this category with all of the same image works fine:
http://www.jmb.jadetrue.com/cloth-di...c-1_10_12.html
Any ideas??
Don't ask me why (I don't know), but those 3rd and 5th images aren't getting the onMouseOver behaviors. Also, the images in question are sourced from your standard images/ directory, not from bmz_cache/ ... perhaps the script that generates the random images isn't playing nicely with IH2?
Here's the html source for your 3rd and 4th images -- with key differences highlighted.

Now I know this is only going to make things more confusing, but they ALL hover for me min FF...and NONE in IE6
Thank you for IH2!
My biggest complaint about my old ZC was the hourse I was spending formatting and organizing images. I'd have 4-8 photos per item in my store, and it was taking me hours to maintain my site.
Now that I've started over with a clean install, IH2 is going to save me a lot of time getting this site up and running again.
Thank you.
Eureka!! I got it (referring to the post I made on page 202 of this thread) fixed all by myself!!
on lines 70 & 71 of jscript_imagehover.js,
I changed:
trailstyle.left = "-2000px";
trailstyle.top = "-2000px";
to:
trailstyle.left = "2000px";
trailstyle.top = "2000px";
without the "-", changing it from a negative to a positive number, and all is well in IE!!
Hope this helps somebody else to solve their IE problems
Never mind.......it not only took away the error, but it added about 2000 pixels to the width of my page. DAMN!! Back to the drawing board. :(
Right on, Mark. I was in the same boat until 2 minutes ago. I was about to report back and tell you all that the width/height settings change wasn't working for me, but then I tried changing the Product Listing widths and heights. They were originally set at 100 and 80, and I changed them to 106 and 88 ... no odd numbers before nor after, but it did the trick. Suddenly, the showtrails script is finally appearing, and all my thumbs are zooming as they should. Go figure! :D
Moved to another host. Imagehandler 2 is giving errors in the featured products section, but works fine in the New Products Section.
I get the following error for every productuct in the featured products section.
Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open '/home/user/public_html/bmz_cache/c/cdc4e427060362cad6add69e49bfa92c.image.52x80.jpg' for writing in /home/user/public_html/includes/classes/bmz_image_handler.class.php on line 652
Zen Cart 1.3.7
Ahhh this rings a bell. I had the same thing when I moved. As you probably know bmz_cache must be set to 777. All the sub directories as well!
A trick is to just delete all subdirectories as imagehandler will built them again. Cache is all it is. But if they exist and are not 777 you will have problems.
Hope this helps...
Hi , Does this mean its not going to work on my server ?
Zen version 1.3.7 just installed as per instructions , but when i try to get into the admin i get :-
Warning: main(/xxx/includes/extra_configures/bmz_io_conf.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /xxx/trial/admin/includes/extra_configures/bmz_io_conf.php on line 12

Having just pasted that in , I notice that the second line in each error contained the sub folder I am testing my site in "trial" the first line doesn't ! are my config files wrong ?
Mark
OH crap... it did not work... said there was an error... where should I dump this code into the file ?? am I suppose to get all the { }}} as well... ?
Can anyone confirm that this fixs the problem ??
I will do a dump of the end of the file... can you edit it from here...?
Thanks

I have found a PARTIAL SOLUTION to the IE hover problem (the one that causes a JS Page Error) and prevents the zoom if the thumbnails are too close to the bottom of the screen...
In: jscript_imagehover.js
COMMENT OUT
The zoomed popups are not locating right next to their respective images BUT at least they now ALL DISPLAYPHP Code:
if (docwidth - event.clientX < zoomimg_w + (3 * padding)) {
xcoord = event.clientX - xcoord - zoomimg_w - (2 * offsetfrommouse[0]);
} else {
xcoord += truebody().scrollLeft+event.clientX;
}
// if (docheight - event.clientY < zoomimg_h + (2 * padding)){
// ycoord += event.clientY - Math.max(0,(0 + zoomimg_h + (5 * padding) + e.pageY - docheight - truebody().scrollTop));
// } else {
// ycoord += truebody().scrollTop + event.clientY;
// }
}
Yep. That's what I was talking about, schoolboy. I found what seems to be the perfect solution at this thread http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...t=28859&page=3.
Going crazy trying to get Imagehandler to work right! It partly works which is the confusing part. Hard to put in words so if you could look I would reeeeeeally appreciate it.
http://www.seasidescraps.com/shop/in...roducts_id=181
See the top image, click for larger image. You get a background with a small x (image not found basically). BUT if you select the lower image, the one the hover over popup works on. It DOES show the larger image (zoom). What are we doing wrong? Im trying to help this person get the store done for easter. I can install add mods etc. But cant trouble shoot zen yet (not that experienced with it) Ive triple checked the files and the code all is well as far as I can tell. Please someone help us!
I know nothing about zen just have installed it before and run phpbb etc. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Would image size effect this mod? I ntoiced something just now.
The top image that doesn work with imagehandler. Its 150x150. The lower image that does work is 100x100. Could it be that imagehandler cant resize 150x150 as its already max size and therefore giving me the image not found result?:dontgetit
Xtreeme, that's the exact problem I was having. If you'll notice on your site, if you scrool the page to where the image is in the top part of the browser, it will work just fine, but shows an error.
Go here, http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...t=28859&page=3. and copy and paste the 2 files shown there, and your problems will be over. At least it done the job for me.
Good luck.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!:clap:
Ill try this right now (fingers crossed that it works).:cool:
O.K. before I do anything.......let me see if I got this right?
I want 3 image sizes. say 75x75 100x100 and 150x150
For them to zoom I just say upload the max size or larger (150 or 200) and then imagehandler will shrink it so to speak. But it doesnt enlarge....is that right. Told ya Im a noob to zen. (if it werent for phpbb Id be even more lost)
Yep. That's it. Your biggest image (if you just want to enlarge the same image) will go to default size, then IH2 will downsize them for the pages, then show the Medium size to the viewer on mouse-over of the small image, then when the viewer is on the page that shows the medium size image, and clicks on it, it will then, show the original size as large.
If you want to show 3 images for 1 product, then put a small image (img1.gif) in the default place, then a _MED image in Medium place (img1_MED.gif) This will now show as your hover image. Then the 3rd (_LRG) image in the Large place. This will be what the viewer sees when they click on the medium image.
OK armed with this info Im giving it another go. Thanks so much for helping me I was just going in circles till now.
Any time. Glad I could be of some help.
OK I got them at 600x600 and its showing same issue. Should I try those two files now?
I just checked the code in those two files and it appears the same as what I already have. Im running the newest Imagehandler.........did he update it maybe to include that already?
This may sound dumb but could it be something I have set wrong in the admin>tools>imagehandler2
Don't know. Could be. Maybe in Admin/configuration/images ? I found all IH2 and Zens' sizes have to match up with each other, or it just doesn't work right. I among countless others that I've read about, also had to uninstall/reinstall (some more than once), and everything seemed to fix itself, for some. Sorry. I'm no expert on IH2, as I just got introduced to it last week, and spent most of the week getting it to work with IE. It ALWAYS worked with FF. I just let you know what fixed mine.
And, it's very possible that it was updated since I got mine, last week. I haven't looked.
well Ill try that code anyways and if that doesnt work Ill reinstall image handler and see if that helps. Ill let you know if I get it working and what worked. Thanks for helping.
Sure. I just hope I did help. All I know is it works on my site.......after a week of hair pulling. Check it out....in action, with no errors in IE, although FF loads faster. www.linenspace.com The towels has 2 images (to show weave).
"what sizes does it show for each size, and how many images do you have uploaded for that image?"
Ok using the link I gave that image has 3.
She has them set as small:100x100 medium:100x100 and large:600x600
All 3 images show in the tools imagehandler.
Is it cause she has 2 sets of 100 maybe?
There's something wrong with your popup image function, as the img link is blank:
<a href="javascript:window.close()"><img src="" alt="FlipTheme - Birthday Ball - Click Image to Close" title=" FlipTheme - Birthday Ball - Click Image to Close " width="100" height="100" /></a>
I would make sure that these files for IH2 have been uploaded correctly:
includes/modules/main_product_image.php
includes/modules/pages/popup_image/header_php.php
Now, the reason you have two 100 sized images, is that you probably have the same settings in "Admin", "Images" for the small images and the product info images.
Ya I noticed the image source was blank on the ones that didnt work. I reuploaded those files still have same problem. I also uploaded the other two files mentioned earlier. Still nothing. Whats odd is it half works. I tried opera and it shows same problem so its not just IE in this case. Guess Ill have to uninstall and reinstall it. Will all the images disapear? I backed up the shops folder and its database to be safe.
To uninstall I just go to tools-> imagehandler2 then remove there (remove from database)......then reupload the files overwriting originals. Is that right? This time Ill choose GD instead of imagemagic just incase that is the issue. Even though Im certain the server has imagemagic maybe its some odd issue.
Does that sound good?
Xtreeme, you're getting closer......no errors in IE, now. So, now, all you have to do is make ZenCart and Image Handler to work together on size. I think, maybe on the top image you are concerned about not working at all, is due to the size you have it set to in ZenCart. In Admin/configuration/images try settings..........
small image width: 100
small image height: 100
Product info-image width: 300
Product info-image height: 300
IH large image maximum width: 600
IH large image maximum height: 600
Then upload one single image (size 600x600) to Default image file of IH.
DO NOT NAME THIS AS yourpic_LRG.jpg!! Name as yourpic.jpg
It should work then.
You know what? I don't think it will resize that top pic, after all. ZenCart calls for the product image and not any other....i.e. small, large, or medium. So, then I don't think Image Handler will either, because it uses the product info image (medium size) to display on the mouse-over of the small image (such as the product, new, or featured product image) It will, however resize it if it's clicked on. This is just my thoughts, and understanding of IH, so far. Maybe an IH Pro will come in this forum, and verify or correct me. An again, I'm just telling you how I done everything on my site. Have you looked at it, yet? If you do like what you see, I'll walk you through every one of my settings, if need be. I know how hard it is to get help on this particular thread.......it's so large, you could wait for days, and days.................
http://www.seasidescraps.com/shop/in...roducts_id=181
Thats what Im getting now. That set of pics I deleted all. Reuploaded just the 600x600 to default IH image (small size right?) Left medium and large empty. The top one did get larger. But still same effect only lower one zooms on click.:blink:
yes I definatly looked at your site. And its just what were trying to do. For some reason Im having issues with the top image only. The actual link to image is.........empty! Which is the end result of some problem. Any advice on settings IS appreciated as Im lost here. I could give screen shots too of certain settings if need be. Thanks alot for helping me with this.:smile:
If the product is a linked product, you can't add any new images or edit existing ones. Why is this?
Hello I have just installed the IM2 and now now of the main product pictures are showing up..
here is an example:

Hello, threre is a way to have more text on the popup image when I mouseover? Or it exist something called Text Handler where I can add all the text I would like?
Thanks and sorry for my poor english!!!!
Just installed this great mod. but seem to have an issue that I get the image popup's on the main index page (Index Listing) but when I go into the products listing page (using
Column Layout / Grid Layout for Products Listing (Add On Module for Zen Cart v1.3.6)) the popup image is not 'popping up' ?
Am I missing some thing!

Xtreem....what I'm getting when I click on the top image, is that it's (ZenCart, I think) trying to show the 100x100 image, again, and IH won't let it display, and visa-versa, ZenCart won't let IH show it's image.
O.k. You've almost got it. That top image is set at 300x300, so your image will have to be gigger than that. Say 500x500, with IH's maximum width and height set at 500x500. That's just to show one image, then larger on mouse-over, then even larger on click.
If you want to show one small image, then a bigger, different medium image on mouse-over, and yet, another different and larger image on click, then............
get your 3 images ready. We'll say that they're for product x, and name them accordingly......
1. Productx.gif (100x100) Default
2. Productx_MED.gif (300x300) IH placeholder Medium
3. Productx_LRG.gif (500x500) Large
Then upload them (one at a time, to avoid errors) to IH in the appropriate boxes.
Then set ZenCart image settings to match (as I posted earlier).
Why does he need an image named _MED and _LRG? The main purpose of IH2 is to make it do all that work for you. When I use IH2, I upload ONE image at the largest size. Lets say I upload a 600 x 600, IH2 shows that as my enlarged image, then creates a 300 x 300 for my medium (product image) and creates a 100x100 for my small images.

jettrue, you didn't read all of my post, or just missed a sentance, one.......I said that if he wants 3 DIFFERENT images to show, then he will need 3 different pics. take a look here, www.linenspace.com , and pay close attention to the image you see when you hover over the "Dish/bar towels". See the DIFFERENT image that hovers? (_MED 400x400) Now click on the first one (small 200x200), which will take you to that product page. See....the image that was the hover image on the first page, is now displayed as the product image (still _MED 400x400). Now, click on that image, and you will see the 3rd (_LRG 500X500).
That's the difference between using one image, and using 3.
Thanks for that :laugh: , I still believe that he has an issue with the IH2 functions. He has a large image uploaded (600 x 600 - he sent me a screen shot of the image handler page where it is uploaded) and theoretically it should be showing the large image with the "click to enlarge". And also, his image for the product and the "additional image" are the exact same image... so I'm not sure that he actually wants three different images, and think that possibly he added another (same) image to test the hover function. As a side note, all of his other products have one image.
Jettrue, maybe I misunderstood Xtreeme. Sure, I knew he wanted that top pic working, but after he posted........(quote: "yes I definatly looked at your site. And its just what were trying to do."), I thought he wanted all 3 different. Until then, I was trying to help with the top one. But, you are right, he's only got 1 image for each product, at the time.
Quote by Jettru: He has a large image uploaded (600 x 600 - he sent me a screen shot of the image handler page where it is uploaded)
Yes, jettrue, you're right here, too, if he's got IH Min. & Max image size set to to 600x600 in Admin/Configuration/Images, also, then it should show perfectly.
Something's not right, somewhere, though.
Still looking for the answer to this problem... not able to see the images at all when I installed the IH2Quote:

Its here (bmz_image_handler_conf)
Its located at zen cart/includes/extra_configures/bmz_image_handler_conf
edit this part
$ihConf['im_convert'] = ''; //if you want to use ImageMagick, you must specify the convert binary here (e.g. '/usr/bin/convert')
$ihConf['gdlib'] = 2; //the GDlib version (0, 1 or 2) 2 tries to autodetect
gdlib should be 1 or 2. (1 is ON 2 is auto) and imagemagic should be empty like above.
Now thats odd I looked for the poster, but alas it maybe my issue no? This is right out of my store. I choose imagemagic yet it says " which means none..........hmmmm. Maybe my problem?

I changed the widths all to 0 like recomended. Now the popup dosnt have the x meaning no image but still shows nothing. Its just the background image now. See once

The one that does show large image says
http://www.seasidescraps.com/shop/im..._fliptheme.jpg
Hi, I posted some posts above but got no answer to my question, maybe nobody saw it.
I would like to know if it is possible to have some text at the side or top or bottom in the popup image and if yes how.
I am setting and e-commerce for a friend of mine and when I mouseover an image I would like to have a desciption of that, more of what I can write in the page itself.
Here is the page:
http://marcap.info/lozza/zen-cart/in...ex&cPath=77_78
When I mouseover I would like to have a larger image and a few lines with it. (IH it is not installed yet, waiting for an answer first).
Thank you

"Is it a file or the admin>config>image. Be a little more specific if you could."
Its a file. You ftp the file to your desktop then edit it. The files location is
(shop folder)/includes/extra_configures/bmz_image_handler_conf
Once you have that file open to edit it look for this line near top
make sure it looks like that, nothing should be inbetween "Code:$ihConf['im_convert'] = ''; //if you want to use ImageMagick, you must specify the convert binary here (e.g. '/usr/bin/convert')
Now look for this line below it
and make sure its set to 2. Now upload it back to the server. If setting 2 fails try setting 1.Code:$ihConf['gdlib'] = 2; //the GDlib version (0, 1 or 2) 2 tries to autodetect
Update to my problem. I fixed it. It wasnt IH2 at all. It was a template file she changed for zen cart.
What I did was copy store to my uniform server. Put zc_install folder back in. Copied the original zen cart files overtop the others, so as to replace the same named folders/files. Then made a db with same name/pass in uniform as live server. Then ran update on zc_installer.
All in all I took it apart one folder at a time, till I got to one. Then one found the one file (after a long while).
It was includes/templates/template_default/popup_image/tpl_main_page
at first I was like you:censored:
then I was instanly more like :clap: :clap:
Thanks for the help everyone Im so glad its working for her now.:smile:
Oh, good Xtreeme.......Glad to see you got it. Looks good, too. :clap:
What was wrong with that particular file?........
This one word....popupImage.......thats it
tpl that didnt work
Code:<body id="popupAdditionalImage" class="centeredContent" onLoad="resize();">
One that did
Code:<body id="popupImage" class="centeredContent" onLoad="resize();">
so popupAdditionalImage was supposed to be popupImage. I dont know how she got the file there maybe from a old version. I did a 9 hour crunch sesion to find that one word that was wrong hahaha. Oh well Im used to it phpBB can be like that too. Love that php code. heh.
I just installed IH2 on zen 1.3.7 and get no errors. Admin looks great, images show up in small, medium and large. But my zoom does not work, even on small images. I cannot go through all of this forum to find an answer and when you search, the search results are not clickable so that you can read the entire message, so someone please give me some direction!
Thanks!

Is there anything wrong here or anything else to configure? When I go to Tools, IH2 and go to the manage tab my pics are there. When I right click on them, the image location is http://www.modesty-matters.com/store...mage.40x40.jpg
I get no images in my medium and large folders in my images folder. Are there supposed to be?
Doodlebuckets, what is the size of your original image?
What size do you want your small images to be?
What size do you want your product page image (also the hover image) to be?
What size do you want your Large image to be?
I was going to tweak my sizes after I got the zoom working. I really would like to have my product images a bit larger, but how large I hadn't worked out yet. One original image I just looked at was 197 x 280 pixels, so not huge. I would actually like the originals to be a bit larger, but I will worry about that later, if at all.
Thanks for the reply. Do you have any suggestions for the image sizes?
Amy
Doodlebuckets, it all kinda HAS to be done together. You see......IH uses your small image size (specified in Zen image settings) to create your smaller images, and IH uses your Product info image size (specified in Zen image sizes) to create your hover image, and your IH Max size to create your larger images. Take a look here, www.linenspace.com, and see if you like the size I've got.
If you do, I'll post my settings, If you don't, specify the image sizes you would like, and I'll try to help you get it set up.
Lovely site you've got there :) I would be very interested in your settings. The only thing I wonder is what will happen if my larges from the original pics aren't as big as yours, will they still work? Also, once I try your settings, is there anything else I need to do? I am not 100% sure what needs to be done if anything from the "Manager" tab in IH. Thanks!
Amy
Amy.....Yes, your original image will have to be quit large, as my IH Max image size is set to is 500x500, but, my images are all 600x600.
But, my settings in Admin>configuration>images are as follows:
small image width: 200
small image height: 200
Product info-image width: 400
Product info-image height: 400
image-Product listing width: 200
image-Product listing height: 200
image-New Products width: 200
image-New Products height: 200
IH large image maximum width: 500
IH large image maximum height: 500
These 5 settings should give you the same results as my site.
Then for each product, upload 1 500x500 or 600x600 image (placed ONLY in IH default image placeholder), and IH will do the rest.
I'm not sure what this means....Quote:

I made like 4 backups of the site - I was so nervous. Finally I went and did it, and everything went very smoothly - no problems (well, a few here and there, but not much I couldn't handle).
There is one thing I can't figure out: I'm having the same issues as this guy. Everything was fine, but the large images - which are *supposed* to be watermarked, are not.
I've triple-checked all settings, and yes, the large images are set to have watermarking. The largest image size is either 625px wide by 800 px tall, or vice versa. So I made the large image size 800 wide and 800 tall.
Still no watermark.
Yes, the image is where it's supposed to be. Yes, I cleared the cache. Yes I changed it to 801 x 801. Still no watermark.
I also looked at the files mentioned in that thread, and they look *exactly* like the files prior to the host move and upgrade.
This is a photographer's site, so I *need* that watermark. Anyone have any idea why it wouldn't show? Should I just remove it and reinstall it? What could be the problem?
I'd appreciate any help you can offer...thanks!
OK!!!!!!!!! I figgered it out! includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/jscript/jscript_imagehover.js
This file is in template_default and not in YOUR_TEMPLATE in the download I have. So from reading and old post from jettrue about this file being missing, I took a chance that it might work and indeed it does! Woo hoo and thanks jettrue and for the help I got from Go Get Em!
MIght want to tweak the download....
Amy
OK, one more question and I think I will be happy ;) If you look here: http://www.modesty-matters.com/store...=index&cPath=1 the images are the small ones and that's fine. I would really like for the image from the hover to be the large image and not the medium. How do you do about adjusting what the sm, med and large pic sizes are? Mine are right now 80x80, 120x120, and 400x400. Are these sizes automatic percentages of the original pic size?
Amy
OK, piddled again and change Product info-image width and height and now my hover is much larger. Thanks!
Amy
Oh, good. Glad to hear you got it working. Sorry I couldn't get back before now. Was busy.
Yep, yep and yep.Quote:
Did you check the permissions settings on your images folder? And the images/large folder?
Are you using the exact same .png images that were working before?
Absolutely *everything* is the same. It even works fine - just the large images have no watermark anymore (and yes, they are set to have them).
EDIT: I still have access to the bmz_cache folder on the old server - do you think it would help to copy it and move it to the new server?
Edit that - I *did* move the cache files, and it did nothing.
I'm going to now uninstall/reinstall the whole thing. Don't know what else to do!
