Testimonial Manager Support Thread

Clyde,
different threat, same site. When I write a testimony, I see it in admin-catalog-reviews but not in admin-tools-testimony manager. The review is not showing in testimony manager, neither enabled nor disabled. Only your first review (built in) is showing. Any ideas? Thanks!

I just submitted a test submission at your site.

Please check admin -> tools -> testimonial manager

to verify that it available for approval.

Clyde, I have taken the Testimonials Manager and have used it for a Guest Book: http://www.birthjourneyservices.com/...stimonials_add

But I get errors when I submit my entry. All the fields clear and it says that I need to fill them all in...please advise :)

I can add an entry from the admin, but not from the submit page...

I'd need to see what (if any) changes were made to the following files.

includes/modules/pages/testimonials_add/header_php.php

includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_testimonials_add_default.php

The only changes I made were to the language files. You know what's weird? My newsletter subscription box doesn't work either. It looks like it accepts an entry, but nothing ever shows up in the admin when I submit. Do you think those could be related?

Are you having problems with other submission forms (login/register) etc.?

Have you checked the cache directory for any Mydebug log files.

Didn't think of that...I get this one over and over:

[11-Oct-2010 14:49:03] PHP Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /includes/templates/lite_red/sideboxes/tpl_static_rss_sidebox.php on line 64

I turned off the sidebox for the rss and still had the same problems submitting things.
