Amy,
I must say that I have spent a good amount of time checking and double checking my settings, following the installation guide and i still can NOT get it to work.
I get HOME: Page Not Found with a list of all the pages. URLs are working just find (i.e. t-shirts-c-65.html).
How far did you get on the installation?
I'm taking a lunch break and I'll come back later to keep checking on solutions for this.
Thanks Amy.
thank you saher.
I signed up and got it working.. what causes that issue?
Okay now I have another question, is there a way to rid the numbers at the end of each category?? i dont think so but, doesnt hurt to ask.
which numbers?
you mean like the c-17-12.html ??
i think the only one who can answer this is Chemo "Josh"
but as far as i know, this is the number to tell the core or the mechanism in the site about the core URL, its taken from the core code, or the number of the product itself, i don't know if you can change it with the product name that will be more complex but still you have to check out with Chemo...
hey ISSY
thats exactly what happens to meQuote:

and i really spent very long time to get it work but no way!
don't know what to do
the only thin that i'm thinking about is that i noticed one difference between my settings and other's settings which they had it working on their site
is that i used the database method to store the information while he used FILE instead of it, this option you can find it in the configuration file.
despite that DrByte said that it doesn't matter, that is the only difference i found!
what do you think about it guys?
regards

Saher,
I know for sure that I'm using file cache.
I don't think that's the problem.
I'm lucky to have a test server before I go live with an online shop.
Keep up the good work and please give us a solution.
Thanks.
