Export Shipping & Order Information

Where can I find this mod?

I'm having a problem with this add-on. The orders show up on my screen but when I export, I only get the column headers. All the other lines are blank. I tried installing again but still nothing. Any suggestions?

I've heard of others having this problem in the past.

1) Try selecting "export orders already exported" and see if that works.

Let me know what happens. I might need to take a look at it for you.

Do all of your product orders have a "shipping address" (delivery)?

It might sound strange, but the system bases its info off of the shipping address and in a few cases I've seen users get nothing exported if there is no shipping (delivery) address present?

Everything looks fine. Could the problem be caused by other add-ons I have installed?

No other add in should affect it to my knowledge.

PM me the link to your site and the admin section (if you want) and I'll take a look for you.

Ok, got your PM and am looking into this (in your admin now).

From initial glance, it looks like order #245 could be the culprit as it is missing all the shipping information.

I will run a few more tests here and report back.

It also looks like you are missing an updated language file or something because there is a portion near the bottom of the right side (just above the export button) that lists the CONSTANT names and not the actual language.
