Hi Wagnerguy
I take it that you created and then uploaded your feeds and that you have a google base account.
Have you checked the xml file that you have created. This by default will be in a folder called feed (in the root of your shop installation)- you will have assigned a name for it in your config>google base feeder config pages.
It seems to fall over if you use nice/ friendly urls, so try with these turned off.
Re: Google Base Feeder Support Thread
thanks, the issue was in my admin. I had to add products without "quanity".. but now, it has rejected 26 of my images as saying the exp date is too far in the future, but i adjusted to show one month out. but the weird thing is it all my product images that are in jpg format.
any thoughts folks?
thanks for all your help so far

Re: Google Base Feeder Support Thread
I have Google Base Feeder installed and was having issues with Tools>Google Base Feeder. All files were showing blank.
I since then have turned off my Simple SEO URL module and now the Google base feeder is creating feeds and seems to be working.
I am having one major issue now and that is none of my 460 or so products are populating the feed. Do you know how I can resolve this issue?
I have re-installed and upgraded the sql database until I am blue in the face.
Re: Google Base Feeder Support Thread
Hello,
I've searched this thread, and I can't seem to find the answer to this... so I'm officially a member.
I have successfully loaded GBF... in the Zen Cart admin, I can go to the GBF config, but there is nothing regarding GBF in the tools menu to create the xml file.
I have reloaded all of the files, and tried everything I can think of. Help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Followup: I suspect I am having problems with my database. I had this module installed before I upgraded to the latest zen version. I have tried many database repairs but still not working. So I went into my php admin of my hosting control panel and did not see one field that had: GOOGLE_FROOGLE or GOOGLE_BASE. I am trying to manually delete these in php my admin and then re-install the current sql patch in my control panel. Anyone know how I can find these in phpmyadmin to delete?
Re: Google Base Feeder Support Thread
Expiration date error on google upload. Where does the date come from and how do I adjust it?
My settings are for a 30 expiry date but some of my products are showing expiry dates 2 months prior to the current date.
Thanks.
Tina
Re: Google Base Feeder Support Thread
OK, so I went to the horse itself to find out why i couldnt upload my products to froogle.. here is what they told me
The disapproved status is a content problem, that problem being you
can't list dropship items its against Google Base guidelines and
policies.
