Hi All,
I'm back from vacation! I am going to try to address all outstanding bug reports this weekend and try to release an updated version within the next few days.
Thanks for your support of QBI! 1,080 downloads so far!

Adam,
I realized something that might have been causing some of my problems but haven't had a chance to test.
I had used quotes to describe dimension in my product description and also the wysiwyg editor added code to the description. think that might have caused import issues?
Does QBI help you print prepaid shipping labels for usps ?Quote:

Quotes have caused problems in the past, although it shouldn't be a problem any more as I have (at least I thought!) fixed this. Yes, it also might be the html that QB doesn't like. Ok, I give in. Please email me the iif file that is causing trouble, and also your log files from the QBI Support tab and I'll track down the problem.Quote:

Actually I think it might be fixed. I did a quick test last night and didn't get all of the wrong section problems that I had previously I think there might be a few small things but I have to go and start over since I changed all of the model numbers removed all of the HTML and Quotes. So I want to go through all the settings again. I will work on it over the next couple of days and if I run into any walls I will let you know, that way if the problem arises with anyone else maybe my issues will be a point of reference.
QBI does not have built-in shipping labels, as that isn't its purpose and it works great with other programs that are specifically designed for handling shipping. QBI imports your orders from the shopping cart into QB. Once they are in QB, you can then do your shipping.Quote:

I don't know of any product that prints USPS labels from inside QB. Maybe there isn't enough demand, as few stores use the USPS for shipping (personally, my experience with the post office is that their package handling is poor, and their customer service and complaint resolution is horrid).
QBI works great! Like any software, there are always some bugs (but QBI has relatively few) and I fix those as soon as possible. I will be releasing v3.03 very shortly, which will address all bugs reported so far.Quote:

I just got my copy of quickbooks and have yet to really mess with it yet so i was unaware you could ship from it .
I look forward to trying QBI and will gladly buy you lunch (donate) if it is something i end up using : )
btw , is 3.03 coming out soon enough that I should just wait for that to install ?
