Supertracker

I installed Supertracker with all files, sql install file and sql file from post #3 and keep getting this error.

Not Found

The requested URL /admin/FILENAME_SUPERTRACKER.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.burnerbooks.com Port 80

I re-loaded the admin/supertracker.php file two times. Am I suppose to change the file name from supertracker.php to filename_supertracker.php?

I have double checked the install and all is as it should be.

No Stats.

I use the BareBones Template - not the standard template. Should there be any code in that template to call out the JScript?

Please let me know...and whatever else I can check. :)

Where are you uploaded the jscript_supertracker.php?

Thank you ... that file is located at

/home/catalog/public_html/includes/templates/barebones/jscript/jscript_supertracker.php

I thought maybe I should throw it into the default, too, because it wasn't working under the templates jscript directory

We have a project that is contingent on our tracking customers, and this mod isn't working.

Has any one tried the other tracking mods? Can you recommend one?

I think it would be great if I could add a time offset to the supertracker without having to change the cart timing (which is a hassle ) in a simple manner. Is there a way I could do it ?

1. In sql replace
NOW()
by
date_add(now(), INTERVAL ' . TIME_ZONE_OFFSET . ' HOUR)
2. Replace
$thirty_mins_ago = date('Y-m-d H:i:s', (time() - (30*60)));
by
$thirty_mins_ago = date('Y-m-d H:i:s', (time()+TIME_ZONE_OFFSET*60*60 - (30*60)));
