I have no idea, I haven't ever used that. This thread is for apple zen related questions. I'm happy to help, but I'm not available to answer your every question, when others are probably more suited to do so. Do you also realize that in web etiquette, all caps means that you are yelling?

It fits in my test site, but you can make this font size for:
h3.leftBoxHeading, h3.rightBoxHeading a bit smaller in the css.

I dunno, I would ask this in the IH2 thread. Perhaps it is a permissions issue (do your image folders have the correct permissions?)
Re: Apple Zen Support Thread
Hi! I'm new to Zen Cart and this template, so bear with me.
I am having a small problem with this template: on 800x600 screens the bottom portion of the site just below the six drop-down menu buttons is slightly offset to the right from the six drop-down menu buttons. Also, if you increase the text size SEVERAL times, you will see this problem as well.
Also, I don't know if the proceeding issue causes this or not, but on 800x600 screens the website doesn't fit on the screen horizontally. This means users have to scroll left and right to see everything. It is SOOOOOOOO close, I can't even stand it! Is there a way to fix this?
I have tested many other sites using this template, and they all seem to have these issues.
Thanks!

I'm not seeing this on my test site... what version of the template, what browser, and does it occur at http://www.zencart137.jadetrue.com?

Well, I designed it so that in 800 x 600, there would be a bit of scroll. There's not a lot of scroll, and I didn't want it to be too narrow. You'll see that the majority of people are above 800 x 600 resolution:
http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_display.asp
But, you can certainly make the width whatever you want it to be, though personally I don't go much narrower on any sites I design anymore.
In stylesheet.css, you'll see many instances of 70em and of 71em. If you want to change all instances of 70em to 65em, change all instances of 71em to 66em.
There is also two instances of 70em in stylesheet_header_menu.css.
Re: Apple Zen Support Thread
Thanks! That will be a big help. I will consider whether or not I want to change the size to fit 800x600 screens better.
I see it on your site with Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0.0.8. The green stripes push the content to right a little bit; this causes the content not to line up with the drop-down menu buttons above. You have to use 800x600 resolution to see it, or just increasing the text size through your browser until it happens.
Thanks so much! :)

Re: Apple Zen Support Thread
Here are some screenshots with the text sized increased a lot. You will see it on the left and the right----It's not lined up with the buttons at the top.

Hi Jade, I've PMed you the link, as I don't want the site to be fully accessible yet.
How would I check in regards to running the latest version of Apple Zen? EDIT - They've installed v1.8
Thanks

Well, the latest version is 2.2, and I would suggest asking them to use the newest version. BUT, I don't believe 1.8 had an issue like that. It seems that there is a formatting problem of the menu; this leads me to think there is something wrong with one of these files:
includes/classes/categories_ul_generator.php
includes/templates/apple_zen/common/tpl_drop_menu.php
So, hopefully reloading a fresh template, of the newest version, will correct any issues. Let me know!
Re: Apple Zen Support Thread
Brilliant! Re-uploaded those files (noticed a file size difference, but could be due to uploading v2.2 files), and the issue is resolved!
I'll upload all the v2.2 files just to make sure there's no conflict in other files etc.
Cheers Jade!
