The top grey color is controlled by the color here, in the css:

#navMainWrapper

It also looks like you need to use the newest template version. I don't think that's what is causing your drop down menu issue, but it could be the part of the problem. Specifically you should make sure includes/classes/categories_ul_generator.php is re-uploaded fresh, and includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_drop_menu.php, but since you're early in the design process, i'd upload the newest version of this template.

You have to set the html_includes folder to 777 permissions, else you can't write to it. I should add that to my instructions! :smile: Though, this is in the zen cart install steps.

Could you pls tell me how change my logo? I'd like to delete all the text in the right of the logo,and let my photo fill in full of the area where shows the logo and the text.

Jade, i have a question, do i need to ALSO change every instance of the word MANUFACTURER in sideboxes manufacturer_info.php and manufacturer.php and then change the file name to
designer.php and designer_info.php?
I went into the language files and made the changes,but still have the problem of this reading

now reads BOX_HEADING_DESIGNERS was BOX_HEADING_MANUFACTURERS

and on advanced search filter results by pull down
it reads TEXT_ALL_MANUFACTURES
even tho i made the changes in the english languages files and the index files.:lamo:

Save your logo over the old logo, in includes/templates/apple_zen/images

remove the header text in includes/languages/english/apple_zen/header.php

NO!

Go back to the language file, and LEAVE BOX_HEADING_MANUFACTURERS alone. Simply change the word "Manufacturers" to "Designers". You NEVER change the name of the define, ONLY its value.

I have a few questions regarding the Drop Down Menu section...

I want to put next to the drop down menus links to the pages from the "Define Pages Editor" (the 'Page 2,' Page 3,' etc.). How is this done?

I also want to change the names of those menus (CATEGORIES to AVAILABLE for example).

I believe those are my only questions at this time. :)
