The theme is great. I am wondering how to remove the products menu from the top (horizontal) menu.

I guess this can't be done via the backend but is hard coded into the template?

There are instructions in the readme.html file for hiding any of the mega menu drop downs.

How can I keep the left-side column width at 225px while having the right-side column width at for example 150px?

You would need to do some reprogramming so that the col classes were different for the left and right hand columns. The total of the columns should add up to 12.

This probably not the place to ask this question. But here goes.

On the main page is there anyway to change some code somewhere to make all the images appearing under the
"New Featuring Specials" to be all the same size instead of varying sizes.

But have you got all images set to display the same in your admin settings & are your images physically the same sizes? Start by making all your images the same dimensions.
