I will need more access to investigate if you dont mind. I will need temporary login to both your ftp and admin, which you can pm me. Without more access all I can do is guess as what is wrong.
Blank PopUp for Create Products Feed
I've seen a lot of people ask about this, but no answers that have helped.
I set it up last night, everything was installed correctly, no errors. Everything has been configured correctly, I have a google base ftp account and it is active.
The only thing working is the link to view Google Base FTP Content.
When I click on create product feed the page pops up and gives a 404 code.
I've done everything I can and cannot find the solution. The first one to post something that helps can have a free Super King knife from my store.

Thanks.

What does the 400 error say after the error is displayed?

I think I got it now. If I fix it, I'll post how I did.

that has happened to me before, that is because the view button looks for a certain file name in the feed folder. you just have to change the name of the file to the name it is looking for..
countrycharm, nothing personal, but I cant give you access to my file(even if temporarily) and still feel comfortable that i am protecting my company as well as the private data of my customers..
But I do appreciate the offer, i really do
have you seen the problem i have mentioned before, what were some the usual suspects?

wagnerguy no problem I understand. Lets do this, first make sure your feed cache is set to 777, next go through your site files and delete everything that deals with wordpress and see if it will create one then. There is and issue with the wordpress module. It conflicts with this module for some reason and not just this one with others also. What is the name of your site you are running this on? Re-upload all file for this module because sometimes FTP programs experience a timeout when uploading large quantities of files (such as when installing or upgrading your site), or fail to fully upload some files, or leave them as just 0-bytes in size. Some programs like SmartFTP and CuteFTP are well-known to be problematic in this area. For Windows PCs, it is recommended FileZilla as a free, fast, and reliable FTP program. On Mac, Transmit or CyberDuck are commonly acclaimed FTP tools. See it this will resolve your problem.

I have actually verified those things.. the only thing that i noticed was that when i deleted the "wp folders" in the directory, then tried to run the feed. i got an error that basically said that froogle was looking for a wp file to finish running the feed.. I added the folders back but deleted some individual files that were not referenced in the warning.
dgarrett20, how did you fix it?

Go to your admin of your store configuration/Google Base Feeder Configuration and and make sure your Output Directory is set feed/ and change your Output File Name to feedpoppy and see if that will not fix your problem.

when you say my admin, do you mean, within my file manager or ftp. or do you mean the online config section.. if you mean the latter, there are no options for output directory and output file name
