I am having a problem connecting.

I hit refresh in Order Intergrator and nothing is happening.
I installed the zen dll correctly.
It just does nothing.

I went to tools -> orders Export
and got this error:

Did I install the files wrong?

My home directory structure looks like this:
/domains/nothingbutcostumes.com/public_html
What should i put in the server name section?

Oh and i am running 1.2x 9? not sure....

regarding your answer, do you have any time frame for the canadian support ?

i am willing donate now, even if i am not using the actual version (because it is just dont work with canadian quickbooks) but dont want to wait years before i can even try a version who will work for me.

Will it work with anything less then 3.x? or must I upgrade?

The dll and files you mentioned above are not part of QBI and are not needed for QBI to work.

QBI should work with all versions of ZenCart. My test store uses the 1.3.x series, but I'm sure people are running it with many different versions. If any compatibility issue is discovered with other versions, I will fix it. QBI is almost completely self contained, so almost no changes need to be made in any ZenCart core files, making it highly compatible and easy to install and upgrade.

QBI works fine with Premier. However, if you want to create PO's from Sales Orders (a Premier feature), you'll need to do that in QB after you import. I may add this feature to QBI some time in the future.

Soon! Great, yes I will follow up by pm. Anyone with other international versions who wishes to do likewise, please contact me by pm, as I will need your help in testing.

I am working on the multiple tax rate feature and hope to get that done this weekend. Then I can start working on international support.

Version 3.03 is basically done now. I do need to do some final testing, and make some updates to the manual as a few additional configuration options have been added. I will try to get it out in the next few days if possible -- by next weekend at the latest.
