Can't login to admin

I need some help I am lock out of my admin page or c-panel for my Zent Cart website I do not know what happen but when I try to go to my admin page to log in to my admin page it says access denied this has never happen before. I have older version I think The zencart is 1.3.8. version of Zent cart but have not uploaded to the new upgrade 1.3.9. that just came out as of yet web site was designed in 2006 I will find out about the version of Zen I am running. can you please help me to regain access to my admin page. thank you URL:http://www.hotfashions4u.com[/B]

Hi guys,

I read a lot of threads, but don't think I found the solution for this one....

I just had my password changed in my admin. I did not make any changes to the system or whatsoever. I just had the admin password changed.

Now, when I try to log-in with my new password, I just get a note that I am using the wrong password or login.

How can I solve this please?

If you go to phpMyAdmin and look at your database and browse the admin table ...

Do you see just the records that should be there for your Admin Logins?

Is your Admin User Name correct?

Excuse me, I am not very familiar with this. When I go to ftp, where can I find this myadmin php? And when I look in this php how do I know that I am only seeing the records that should be there? I don't know what records should be in there, so how do I see something missing/too much?

I didn't change my admin name at all.

Please if you can give me a little bit more details on where to look and what to look for I would be really grateful.

phpMyAdmin is available through the Control Panel for your domain, such as cPanel ...

This will allow you to look at your database and see the database tables ... in this case the admin table ...

Browse the admin table to see what Admin login names are set ... make sure that they are all your's or known by you for access to your Zen Cart Admin ...

NOTE: both the Admin username and password are case sensative ...

If your Admin name is correct, try to cut and paste the new password that was emailed to you, in case you have a typo ...

I am looking at the database tables right now, but no such thing as an Admin table.... What I see is that practically everything starts up with my ftp user name_holland, ftp user name_zc1, ftp user name_zc2 and this goes on till zc7 and the last one is something called information_scheme. In total 9 databases found.

What should I be doing now?

With FTP, view the file:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

both database names should match ...

Now, go to the phpMyAdmin and look at that database and browse the admin table ...

NOTE: if you use a prefix on your database tables such as zen_ or something like that, your admin table would be called zen_admin or whatever that prefix is ... this too would be in the configure.php files ...
