Sorry, didn't realize this was a support thread for only one product, I was just looking for a place to ask and found this under the All Other Contributions/Addons. My mistake.

thanks for the reply
yes there is more infront of the url but i removed that as holds potentally sensitive data etc. I dont have a cron for the Site maps as i tend to do that manually on an evening as its only a button press, but seems i have to create 10 xml files for my google product feed, id like it as a cron as it does take time.
i tried alot of wget and s curl etc etc etc, ill try them all again and see what i get. Will also try the URL as well to see if that fixes my issue, will report back next week
I have this installed in 1.5.1 on a Linux server
I'm curious as to the file name this feed produces. Should it be:
froogle_products_en.xml_products_en.xml
I've looked into the code in case this is a duplication issue but can't find anything. If i change the name it matches my feed name at google and all is well.
any insights appreciated.
I just have to say, THANK YOU FOR THIS MOD. I've been using varieties of it for years and this is the slickest!
I have another error that i have found...
many of my products on google are being disapproved as images are missing. I have checked the feed and checked the error and it showing my images in the location www.mysite.com/images/image.jpg however i have product images in subfolders ie www.mysite.com/images/brand/image.jpg how can i fix this error??
anyone??
Just to clairify, the name of my file in the Admin > Configuration > Output file name is correct:
froogle_products_en.xml
but when the feed is produced, it has the duplicate file name: froogle_products_en.xml_products_en.xml
Actually it's not.. Your entry in "Admin > Configuration > Output File Name" should be JUST "froogle". The resulting file name will then be froogle_products_en.xml. (as you can see the module appends "_products_en.xml" to the Output File Name setting)
OK... I'm an idiot! Knew it had to be something that stupid! West coast girls weren't designed for these long winters...
we must have posted about the same time... it just dawned on me during a cup of tea... but thank you for indulging my lapse...
I have searched this thread and cannot find any posts on this same set of symptoms..
Zen Cart v 1.3.9

The feed APPEARS to run.. I get a message saying it was created successfully, but there is NO FILE in the feed/google folder.
No error logs. I don't begin to know what to look for.. Any ideas???Quote:
