I am so sorry to have taken your time. Apparently I changed my username as well, so the classic 'admin' username did not work together with my password obviously. My huge mistake and it took your time. Sorry and thanks again!!! :blush:

sorry to bump and old thread, but I can't find an answer

I can't login to my store from admin. Can load my store, can log in as a customer, create a new customer etc - is there a solution?

Are you getting error messages ... or, will it just not take your username and password ... or something else ... :unsure:

I have fixed it now :smile: I needed to reload via FTP my admin files, but when I entered admin login details, no error - just redirected to store customer login
