Sorry to have to disappoint you Diva, but the answer is Yes. :blush:
Now of course you could use it without, but than you would have to use the file structure from TPP 1.05. The main reason for me not to do this was that in that case it always loads the script and css files for TPP

But mainly I think it's a mistake forcing folks to use this program anyway since as was correctly point out by Kuroi previously, it doesn't "add" anything to the basic TPP functionality.. in other words, TPP's intended functionality -- creating tabbed product pages -- doesn't NEED the css/js loader to work unless the add-on forces the issue (which it sounds like your version does). It adds functionality that shop owners really should be able to decide for themselves that they need/want and not be forced into using it because of this add-on requires it. what if shop owners really don't want to install the css/js loader why not make it an admin option instead??
I can't say I disagree with you, but I had to make a choice :wacko:. I am not sure at this point how to make it an admin option. Maybe there should be two versions? One with and one without the loader, but that's confusing to.
Sure there was a choice.. why include it at all?? Why does TPP NEED this?? It was NEVER added to this add-on to enhance this add-on's core functionality, and when I submitted the v1.07 version I am saying I made a mistake in not pulling the css/js loader out of the install package, BUT in v1.07 the css/js loader is not REQUIRED to use TPP...Quote:

Followed the steps on the Adding Global Tabs file but it doesnt seemt to work. The product info page crashed when the 3 strips of codes were pasted and uploaded to the server. Is there anything else I should be doing? Maybe in admin? Does anyone have a custom tab working?Quote:
